Service that leaves a bad taste

We have been DSTV Xrtaview patrons for sometime now. Of recent (past 2 months) we have been having a e-16 service come up on both or either one of our decoders. I called in to the call center to clear the error, afetr the sms did not clear it. The agent Lungile was rude abrupt and had no working knowledge of there service. I ask here what causes this her response "alot of things, its a comple system you would not understand". now i am paying via debit order for a service that needs to be rendered 24 hours day, why to i get cut off consistly? surely then for the downtime i must be compensated?? i have asked to be contcated by a agent in the call survey but have had no response. furthermore it takes an average of 10 minutes to be assited by one of your agents... that is pathetic. please hire comptent staff and get your system t work, has it even been qualified???
