DSTV overcharges on accounts, I have 4 decoders, they have never billed us correctly. We phone the call center to activate and de-activate but hardly ever on time, or according to our requests.
Their website "allows" for self service, but activation of holiday views never works and every time we access TO activate, it gives an error code. We stopped counting the number of times complaining, sending e-mails and receiving a system generated e-mail with a reference number saying they will call within 8 hours - never heard from them, never fixed the problem! We have a hopeless case of calling the call center, waiting on average between 15 - 20 minutes, then they get the activation and de-activation times wrong. Last month they billed us OVER R1700 but there was no justification for the charges. Because they work on debit orders, they do just as they want. Please get them to sort out their pathetic service, let alone the poor movie availability - almost if they have no money to buy the recent good products. It makes one wonders!!!
If you turn the TV on over weekends it is the one "BEHIND THE SCENES' THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY DECENT PRODUCTS!!!
