Bad Service

I am a DSTV subscriber for the past 7 years. Initially the local agent for DSTV was prompt and rendered a good service.
Since December 2012, I contacted the TV Centre in Vryburg several times to attend to 1) poor reception 2) out of order DSTV decoders ect, ect. I even contacted the complaints department of DSTV and lodged a complaint with them regarding the POOR service from the local DSTV agent.
Needless to say I had no response from DSTV or the local Agent regarding my problems.
Out of the 5 decoders 4 has reception - one is connected to MNet, two are connected to Movie channel 1 and one to Supersport 1.
I pay for the full package (Guesthouse Package) every month and have been complaining for 9 months.
Can you please help!
