Call center agent with a horrible attitude

I have never been so appalled, i called dstv regarding my account after i got an error message on my decoder, when i asked Thabiso to check my account balance for me that's when the agent lost his patience and ended up telling me he was doing me a favor and that he needed to go at 11, he then hung up on me before i could get a satisfactory response to my query, some call centre agents do not understand the point of a helpdesks and such people should be released from such positions because they are not helpful and not doing what they are hired to do. I'm sure multichoice will not appreciate such disgrace on their payroll. I am hoping for action to be taken about this guy,
