DSTV disconnected my service on the 29th March even though it was paid till the 18th April 2013.
Disconnection due to my inability to swop my supposed expired sim card. Have requested to be re-imbursed for the upfront overpayment. Let see if it happens.
Sim card swop is a requirement from DSTV why do require me to be inconvenienced? DSTV has unilateraly imposed conditions.
This is very arrogant and in breach of contract
Also my previous requests to not send me messages to my TV ignored. Have an envelope "imbedded/burned in" on my screen. Can I hold DSTV liable for this?
