I contacted the multichoice call center this morning to make arrangements for the paying of my account, the company I work for has not yet paid my salary, I explained that to the agent, asking if i can please have a week grant on my account, his response sorry mam can't help but we can set up a direct debit that can go off tonight, I mean what part of my salary has not been paid did you not get? My account has never been in arrears in the last three years, is there nothing that anybody can do???
