As i have said in the previous complaint, i can very much afford any instalment that i need to pay.
Dstv service is pathetic and unfair to clients. i dont need dstv service if they treat clients this way.
my initial query was not because of disconnection, it was because of the amount i have to pay that i don't understand. up till now no one can properly explain to me how is that amount getting to R1270.
Dstv consultants are very insulting and force money out of people for their error.
An apology for your agents for not following up is not good enough because this has caused a financial loss to me. so please amanda don't you dare insult me and say i have been disconnected due to non payment, when my query is not about disconnection
