I sent your customer service department an email enquiry (Ref #3324748) on 8 April 2013. I have received an automated system response acknowledging the enquiry but your customer service team has flatly ignored it.
A prompt, competent response would be appreciated.
(All my service expereinces with Multichoice have been really poor - this appears to be the standards you are aiming for).
