No trust in receiving billing

I have had Mnet for years and not once in all this time, have I received any complaint when I have paid much more than I should, however I also never receive billing information when I'm in credit, making it near impossible to know what I owe. Instead of just accepting a mistake was made or better yet, sending an email warning you (before disconnection date) they summarily disconnect you. The next horror is, when you actually go onto their website... you register and when you try to proceed to the payment section, all you get is access denied. To add insult to injury, you email the correct division (which was given to you on Facebook) and the only response is "Thank you for your query. We have received your email message with the subject: Can't connect to your site to make a payment We are currently experiencing a high volume of queries, and will respond as soon as we are able.

If you do not get a response within 24 hours, please send your message again." oh and I forgot to mention, some ridiculous reconnection fee, when the mistake was clearly from you own bill department, for not emailing one in the first case? Don't you guys check a client's payment history first?
