This is getting ridiculous - My service has once again been terminated. This is a service I'm paying for.
Your phone service, (Siphiwe of Inbound calls) states "Your service was cut due to ". The is on your side as I am fully paid up with a credit.

Turn on my service immediately - If not please get your legal dept to proceed with the.

I was told, only at 19h35 tonight that a Mr Willie Manual, of the dept. has instructed that I call him - the number is an office number 011 289 2104 and 011 289 5326 no answer!! - so NO SERVICE yes you are right it is every time my service is cut for no reason.

Please don't give the auto responses of:

Your email has been referred to the relevant department. They will get back to you asap.
