Inaccurate TV Ads

My son is a huge fan of the animated show "The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes".

Throughout the week of Monday April 1 - Friday April 5, SABC 3 repetedly flighted ads to indicate that this show will appear on SABC 3 at 08h30, Sunday mornings.

Eagerly, my son and I waited patiently this past Sunday (April 7, 2013) to watch the episode.

Sadly, at 08h30, some candid camera show was aired on SABC 3 instead.
This ran from 08h30 till about 08h40.
Then from 08h40 till about 08h55, there was a promotional programme for a "Cirque du Soleil" movie.

And from 09h00 onwards, there was a show about natural medicine (which ran till about 09h30).

So my question: why repeatedly flight ads for a programme that is never even aired?

I pay my TV license regularly and such silly scheduling errors are completely unacceptable.
