I have contacted the call centre numerous times, over 20 minutes holding each time. Every time I am told it will be resolved in about an hour, it's been a week. I can only access limited channels, signal is full however some channels do not allow access. I've been on the phone over 3 hours most of them holding to try sort this out, no help except promises which never get delivered.
Ps. I typed this complaint while on hold, been on hold for 22 minutes thus far. No end in sight, but I bet u will debit my account for R600 at the end of the month
