Top TV - So many channels and nothing I can watch

Subsequent to the Top TV takeover by StarSat and the 'little' technical problem that resulted in NO signal for 24 hours on 19 December, I now only have 1 channel that I can watch.
SABC, ETV, TLC to name just a few - have disappeared. The message sent via the decoder advised subscribers to log onto the website for an explanation. But, guess what, the website lists the missing channels as channels provided to subscribers!!! A phone call to the customer centre has now informed that TLC is no longer offered on StarSat - it isnt??? And there is a problem connecting to the other channels. What a wonder Christmas TV offering. I am now trying to decide what to do with the StarSat decoder that I bought for my parents for Christmas. I would also like to know who is going to refund my cell phone account for the almost 1 hour that I have spent holding to speak to someone at StarSat. I would also like to know what discount is being offered for the contractual channels that are now not on offer. Furthermore, I would like to know if StarSat is going to pay for Chinese and Spanish lessons as the bulk of the channels are in these languages?? Very unhappy custome
