On 2332013 I called DSTV call centre requesting a refund on my account. Faith Malaza confirmed on a voice recorded call I would be refunded 787.72 within 7 working days. Today is 0542013 & R300 worth of calls later still no refund. I have called through on numerous occassions requesting feedback & even a manager to call me back however no call, no feedback, no response. Seems as though DSTV attaches no importance to its clientbase. Every call that is made to DSTV only reveals a deadend. Even though I have called & asked for feedback on 5 occassions I have yet to receive feedback. My money is still not available to me. Very bad service & unethical service from DSTV. Its rather sad. No emphasis is placed on the client. Very disappointing!! No one has even taken the time to help which is very bad.
