PAID FOR A SERVICE I DO NOT RECEIVE!!

Yesterday i called DSTV to cancel my viewing with them, the person who helped me, told me that i was R300 in credit and that i should pay the balance of R300 and some change to have the DSTV service until the end of February. I did this immediately while we were on the phone. This morning when i checked the DSTV, it gave me a report as the service has been cancelled. I immediately called the call centre to see whats going on and they then tell me to pay a further R300!! That means i must pay R900 and some change to have the DSTV connected for the balance of February

Id really appreciate someone to call me and explain this or to refund me atleast.
