Account Suspended - Money Debited - Refund O/s

My bank account was debited for my subscription that was cancelled by Dstv themselves as I had not been into their branch to upgrade my Smartcard.

I have made 3 phonecalls to their call centre since 1st April requesting my refund. Every time I call I get told the refund is pending as it hasn't been approved yet and it will take 7 - 10 days.

I have been a customer for over 8 years and have never ever missed a payment. The fact that my account was suspended is because I wasn't given an option how to upgrade my Smartcard. It isn't easy for me to travel 60kms to swop a card.

Dstv offers smart online solutions to their customers to pay them but when they need to refund you they have to pay you by cheque via normal post and have to approve that you receive your own money back.
