A Pathetic family movie expereince

I have purchased tickets to watch Croods, the ticketing lines take for ever over 20mins, the popcorn line took over 30 minutes and all the specails advertised line the twilight, pretville specials are all sold out (why advertise something you dont have it means us parents have to explain something beyond our control), i had missed the starting of the movie only to find that someone else was sitting in the seats I had chosen, after negotiating with them to move and missed 30minutes of the movie, I called the manager as the sound of the movie was bad as if the speakers had blown, he mentioned someone will sort it out but did not. It was an overall pathetic experience, what a waste of a day.
