CUT of service due to Cards on the 30 March

We received a sms to inform us if we do not exchange our card on the 29 March, our dstv will stop. This the Thursday before the Easter Weekend. I rushed to the dstv store at 3 in the afternoon inthe heavy traffic. To find that dstv had not informed us that their store had relocated! Rushed back to the new address.
Arriving at the store, there were more than 300 people in the queue as they and many more all received a sms to inform them that their service is about to stop at midnight.
The people were upset and if there was any alternative, all of us would have cancelled our subscription that day.
DSTV service as a whole is pathetic and poor.
