Nu Metro Galleria is a JOKE!

I am really disappointed with the New Metro cinemas at Galleria Shopping Centre in Amanzimtoti.
9/10 times that I watch a movie there, something goes wrong. Yesterday was a case in point:
- Star Trek movie - loud buzzing sound emanating from the speakers which could not be fixed. We complained and were allowed to watch another movie which started 30 minutes later.
- "Other" movie was After Earth - movie was out of focus and sound was deafening and was not corrected until we complained.
Other issues experienced in the past:
- Vertical lines dancing over the picture
- Incorrect movie played in theatre (Happy Feet 2 instead of The Immortals)
- During screening of "Meet the Fokkers", the movie was stopped, lights turned on, and two ladies shown to their seats. The movie was resumed thereafter.

This Nu Metro branch is a disgrace, and although I live in Amanzimtoti, for big releases, I book tickets at Ster Kinekor Gateway, as I know the experience will be delightful.
