Saturday I tried to go and watch the movie Man of steel which I booked. On arrival I go straight to the self-service kiosk with credit card in hand. After 20 minutes in the que I finally tried to collect my tickets with the machine returning a message "no tickets found". I move over to the even longer que at the ticket kiosk. After another 45 minutes and 15 minutes into the starting time of my movie I get the same message from the staff. I then get my reference number to find out my tickets have been collected on the 27th of June 2013 at about 5pm. I work till 6 pm so there is no way that I could have collected. The acting manager who I was dealing with then tried to convince me that I have already watched the movie on Thursday even though it started showing only on Friday. Extremely irritated with her argument I get her to agree to go and see who is actually watching the movie in the seats that I paid for. We arrive in the cinema to 3 empty seats and more than half the movie over. She insists that I can go and watch the movie to which I reply; please just refund me. Unfortunately because I booked the tickets online they cannot refund me.
My advice avoid Nu-Metro if u can!!!
