BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to Canal Walk on Monday, 1 April 2013 to book for a movie which will be showing on Thursday, 4 April 2013. When we arrived at Nu Metro there were many people in the queues and only one self service kiosk was open. Eventually we got to the front only to have the machine shut down while we were busy with our transaction. So, we joined the queue to book directly at the kiosk. When we got to the front, we were told that we would not be able to purchase the tickets as the transaction was still in the queue (book with Clicks card) when it shut down- NOT THE CLIENT'S PROBLEM. While standing there my daughter almost got cold drink on her sleeve as the counter was dirty. I informed the attendants and asked them to clean as people could stain their clothes. I received no response, I was completely ignored. I asked for the manager to tell him that it was unacceptable that the queues were only being attended by two attendants (there are four cash registers???) on a public holiday??? I was told that the attendant shouldn't have given me any attitude but there is nothing he could do??? I left there frustrated. No solution was offered, just "sorry there was nothing I can do".
