In December i called the call centre to upgrade the compact package i have for my parents in Durban to the premium for a fixed period and to have it downgraded back to the compact after this period. I called on the 21st or 22nd Jan and asked for this and then told the agent to downgrade it back to compact on the 10th Jan 2013. I have had a look at my statement and my December bill was over R600 odd which doesnt seem right and my dad tells me now that it has not been downgraded back to compact! So this month mulitchoice are going to charge me for something i did not request??? I can not be held liable for services i did not agree to... CPA!

This is ridiculous as this has happened to me on numerous occasions - you ask multichoice to action a request and they dont! Sort this out, credit my account and make sure your systems are right!
