I contacted mulitichoice today and spoke to a very kind a friendly person Itumeleng. I advised him that my dstv instalment was due on the 1st April 2013 and I can only make payment on Friday 5th April 2013. He advised me that they cannot make such an arrangement because it is controlled by the system. They can only disconnect services. Which I understood. However I have been a customer for years and always paid my account. I had endless problems with dstv and always have to wait for hours and even drive to N1 City in Cape Town, because they charge me to much on my account and then the fault is on their side and they reverse whatever that was incorrect and I never complianed. I have extraview and 2 walkas and pay - R680.00 every month and am on their panel service. I have the decency to contact them, because if they disconnect I will have no tv not even SABC 1. I feel they are so unfair to not make a special arrangement for a client that pays so much every month. The agent went to his supervisor Neo and still they could not assist. Since when does a system takes over people's lives. I am very frustrated, not asking for free viewing just asking for extension. Please assist
