My DSTV decorder was faulty and i called the call centre for an Account Transfer to my other decoder on the 1 March 2013, i was help with that, however the Consultant i spoke to on that day did not close or cancel the Smart Card for the decoder that is faulty and i only find this out when the Debit order went off on the 26 March 2013 from my bank account that i was Billed Twice Plus the Pro rata amount which all came up to R745.00 yet my mnthly fee is R275. on the 26 March i called to ask why so much money was deducted the i find out all about this and was advised that they will listen to the call and get back to me that was on the 26 March. I called again on the 27 since i was sent an SMS informing me that on the call i did not say they should disconnect the Faulty Decoder yet i did say its Faulty and i need the Account to be moved to the other Smart Card, again someone was to come back to me. On the 28 i call again i spoke to a Supervisor and i was informed that my Quire is with another Supi whom was to call me that same day, cause an email was sent to him/her advising to call me back with feedback, since today i haven't received that call and its been 7 days already. Pathetic
