Multichoice
Billing for an inactive Smartcard

Recreation & Entertainment

Kindly note that Multichoice has incorrectly billed my DSTV account a monthly rental for an inactive Smart card that was supposed to been permanently deactivated.

I have discover this above information when I was calling their call center to launch a dispute for the high bills and I was advised that I have Three active Smart cards on my account.

According to the consultant; the active Smartcard numbers were 41035904832; 41350886085 and 41036756132 but I only know of the two active Smart cards as 4103590483 and 4135088608. The 41036756132 was the first / initial Smart card that I have requested to be permanently deactivated in 2009 (late) / early 2010 as have I bought a new Decoder with Smart card number 41035904832 as a replacement for the faulty Decoder.
Resolution,
o I want them to cancel and credit my account with all incorrect bills for Smart card number 41036756132 as it was not supposed to be deactivated since the activation of New Smart card no: 41035904832.
o Compensate me for the inconvenience caused.

Your urgent feedback on this matter will be appreciated.
