We live in Winterton, KZN, 45 min from the closest Multichoice outlet. Our pvr were damaged, on the 16th of March we handed it in, in Ladysmith, on the 26th of March the consultant phoned, informing us that we will get a new pvr, as that one is damaged and can't be repaire and it is ready for collection in Ladysmith. We collected the pvr on Thursday the 28th March, on Saturday we realised the pvr is still not fully repaired, when you switch it on, after 15-20min it just switches off, have to wait for it to cool down, same story again when it eventually go on again. After checking with the consultants at the call centre this was not a new pvr, as the serial numbers on the system are the same.
It's pathetic how one must pay a subscription (our total is R690) but don't receive any proper service. It is expected from multichoice to courier us the correct pvr, because something you people don't understand, you have subscribers that live in rural areas, meaning far away from big towns and cities, we have to take off work to be able to hand it in and collect it again.
