Money debited from account just as they want to

On Thursday, 21 March 2013, I contacted the call centre and spoke to Europe in order to activate my new smart card for my old pvr decoder. In the conversation with Europe, I informed him also that I just bought a hd pvr, however, not going to use it for the current moment, as I have programmes I have pvr'd and still would like to watch it. I also indicated to provide him with my new hd pvr smartcard number, and indicated it won't be a dual view, as well, he shouldn't load any other packages against my account, as I should pay what I have always paid each month. Only to my disgust, I find that an amount of R 1438.72, have been debited from my account, after I did indicate to the incompetent call centre who clearly didn't listen to what I said. Therefore, I expect that my account should be rectified and also, take away the option for dstv to debit my account in the near future. Also, wish that a competitor will become available to competite against dstv, because you pay an exorbitant amount each month to watch repeat after repeat of old movies or current movies, therefore, not actually getting value anymore about 10 years ago.
