Website not working

DSTV can't fix their website. IT NEVER WORKS!!! I can't switch my holiday house's cards on and off on the website. I then have to phone the call centre and hold on FOREVERRR!!! AND LISTEN to just go to [URL Removed] and manage your services... I WISH I COULD - but guess what it never works!!! DSTV is sooooo expensive and now my phone bill is also high from all the calls to DSTV. Rather play music while we hold on... PLEASE GET AN EASY WAY FOR US TO SWITCH OUR CARDS ON AND OFF... I can't phone one more time, my patience is UP!!! The services did work a while ago.. It was painless, can't we just have that back again!!! PLEASE...
