Sterkinekor irene mall is disorganised

We came to watch the croods film with our 2 boys the 12:45 show and after we bought the tickets the show had already started at 12:15. then there was no sign up that states they do not take card payments for movie tickets. and after i missed 20 min of the movie already when i got to my seats there were other people sitting in them.
