I cut my dstv off a few months ago due to bad service and billing me double on some months. Now I have a complaint on my boyfriends dstv, which seems to be going the same direction. He works away often and i have set up his online profile so that i can manage it. In the last 3 weeks/month, everytime he gets home his dstv is disconnected, and it takes a 30-40 min call with the call centre to solve the problem. Every call centre agent spoken to says the same thing "its a system fault" and "plug the RF out to RF in and visa versa until its connected". This is becoming a big issue as this is not the type of service expected. I expect DSTV to contact him/myself to sort this problem out permanently and if this happens again, the service, like mine, will be disconnected as what is the use of paying over R600 a month for dstv which you cannot watch unless you call your months airtime out to solve the problem to hear the same story again? This is ridiculous..
