After moving to Durban from Jhb, i have had the worse time with DSTV, Paying the premium package and still being treated ill. It started in August 2012, i have had endless issues with connectivity. My techie had been out to try and rectify the issue several times. To the point where he changed the LNB 5times, the dish 3times and cables.

Every time i call DSTv they tell me call the technician. What made it worse is that one day it would work, clear picture, then off for a week to 2week and on for a day, it went to a point where the call centre supervisor said that would get another techie to call me and assist, to date a single call. I eventually wanted to cancel and was advised not to but to pay monthly instead or debit order. Of-course i did not pay and service was cancelled a month later by DSTV and then i was sent a statement stating i owe DSTV R59.00.

The nerve after all the i have been put through. I wish i knew who i could speak to as i am absolute disgusted at DSTV. I do still want to enjoy DSTV services, but i would be gratefull if they could come to the party and assist me..
