Incorrect Billing (Refusal to reimburse)

I am a DSTV Premium user. For the last three months from February till April, Multichoice has been incorrectly (overcharging) charging me for DSTV mobile.

According to your terms (Price Adjustment Letter), "a single DStv Mobile subscription remains free as a value add for our Premium customers". This same condition applied even before the price adjustment that was effective on the 1st of April 2013.

I sent an email to your enquires email address, [Email Removed] I received a response email (Case Number: 3404504) assuring me that the issue would be resolved. Problem here is that you wanted to credit my DSTV account with the additional funds, instead of pay me back.

So I called into your Call Centre (Ref Nr.: 130440114) on the 30 April, received assurance again that the matter would be resolved and that I would be paid the additional funds into my bank account within 7 working days.

And... NOTHING HAS BEEN FORTHCOMING!!!
