No return of debit

We relocated recently and discontinued our DSTV account in February before moving. We phoned the call centre to make sure about our cancellation and what to do with our debit order. The lady informed us that a March debit will be deducted as we did not give a month's notice but that we can claim it back on the 5th of March. We did in fact lodge a claim and they indicated that it would take 5-7 working days to process. However, after 10 days and no response we contacted them again to which they then said it would take another 5-7 days because the money has to clear. well it has been 12 days later since that day and almost a month since the first contact and still the money has not cleared! This is by far the poorest service we have had in a long time. I now understand why people cancel debits as they are quick to take money but terrible to return what is after all mine. I dont think I will be getting DSTV again. Thanks for the poor service
