DSTV owes me money

I am an incredibly proactive person to avoid frustrations and errors such as these. I have had an account with DSTV for several years and have never missed a payment; I called in June to cancel my subscription as I am moving in with someone that has DSTV. When I called, I was greeted professionally & in a friednly manner and I was told my DSTV would be switched off on 19 July & the ProRata amount would be credited to my bank account. Come 1 August (debit order day); instead of receiving my credit, my account was debited another R693 subsciption fee for August; which firstly puts me out of pocket a total of R1017 for the monthly, and secondly I incurred added banking fees of R56 for going into my overdraft facility on my Cheque Card. I was told this would take 14 working days to credit, when I informed them that I had no money then for the month, they said they would speed up the process to 7 working days. I still have not seen this money and when I called today, it has been credited to my DSTV account and not my bank account, so was told to wait another 7-14 workings days while they sort this out. After being on hold for 17 minutes to speak to a manager, I hung up.
