HDPVR added to my account Illegally

MultiChoice Illegally added another Clients HDPVR to my account and have been billing me for the other clients usage on the HDPVR. I reported the incident on the 5th March via the call Centre but due to insufficient service and lack of of knowledge fro the call centre agent I drove to the MultiChoice to log the call personally, the HDPVR was suspended awaiting the outcome, I was promised to be contacted by a manager the same day this didn't happen. The following day a call centre agent called me asked if he can active the HDPVR as Mr Ovenstone was effected by the account been disabled. I once again when to MultiChoice a manger Stephen Moloto assisted me and promised to get me resolution. I was promised a refund on the 24th of March, this has not materialised not to mention the inconvenience time and effort I have had to go to in-order to try resolve this issue. The Call Centre take on a average 30 minute to get through and this is at my cost, who will pay me back for a mistake made by MultiChoice. I think MultiChoice has grown to quickly and can't cope with the clients. If we as South African's had and alternative provider I would have moved my business. Tomorrow is 2 Weeks!!!
