BAD SERVICE FROM ALL

I took in my HDPVR for repairs at Benoni CAR RADIO on Feb15. I was assured I would get a new one (Device Swap) in 7 working days. I complained earlier and there was no reply from the agents. Multichoice had assured me I would be contacted. This has not happened. Of course they have deducted the required premium as agreed. They should now fulfil their end of the bargain. I demand my HDPVR. This is not acceptable at all.
