No communication from Multichoice agents

Electronics and household app.

I handed my HDPVR to the agents for repairs, on Feb 15. It was diagnosed as "device swap". I was informed it would be ready within 7 working days. Well 10 working days later there has not been any communication from the agents. I called Multichoice and I was told that only the agents could answer my query. My contract is with Multichoice and sure enough they will deduct what is due to them this month, regardless of the fact that I had no HDPVR for 2 weeks! This is not acceptable and I hope someone will get back to me. I demand to be given a model similar to the one I handed in. My contact is still valid. For now I am using the secondary decoder as a primary decoder but this is not enough. This is not what I pay for every month!
