I pay my account via eft every month. I always had problems with disconnections and later found out that my pay date was the 28th of every month which I never requested. I get salary on month-end and would have requested a pay date after that. I phone mutlichoice and held for more that 25 minutes on my cell phone. I requested that they listen to the recorded calls to establish if I requested the 28th and then give me a credit for all the reconnection fees. It is more than a month ago since the call. I phoned last week again and nobody could confirm when will I get the refund. They are quick to take your money and/or disconnect services but slow to refund once they have made a mistake.
