Highly annoyed and frustrated!

Have had Mnet for plus/minus 24 years and Xtraview for plus/minus 5 years. During this period my Xraview has only ever worked intermittently. On average per day I am able to watch Xtraview for 4 hours but even these four hours are broken in the middle of any program. I have bought/replaced my decoders on numerous occasions. The walk in centre are happy to receive my money for these decoders withour any form of guarantee. I have subsequently found out that these decoders are not new but reconditioned. However a new style decoder is also not guaranteed to solve the issue. I have phoned DSTV support on many many occasions and they are able to assist but 10 minutes later the Xtraview decoder crashes. I have had 3 private cabling contractors to check the cables which are I am assured working correctly. I am tired of paying for a service which clearly does not work.
