Contacted the Multichoice contact centre to fix an error code on TV2 of our secondary std dual PVR decoder but ended with both TV1 and TV2 not playing at all!! I spent a good 30mins - 1hr with the consultant who kept asking me to tell her what the sub menus are on the decoders... how can a consultant be asking me these questions when she is the one who is suppose to be the professional in knowing the in's and out from various decoders??
Nw our Extraview is completely disabled!!! How can I have a problem with solving an ERROR code to having none of the TV's working at all??? Now I have to take the decoder to Multichoice for testing!
