No Service but still paying

Since December 2012 I have received no MNET signal. I visited the Pretoria offices and they supplied me with a new decoder. However there was still no signal. In January 2013 I again tried to get a signal. I contacted an antenna installer who inspected the antenna and could find no defect on the antenna. I again contacted MNET and they confirmed that the signal was active. I purchased and installed a new antenna with cost and still the problem persisted. The official antenna installer of MNET in our area confirmed that the decoder was faulty. I again visited the MNET offices and they confirmed that the decoder they had previously supplied was faulty. I was again given a new decoder unit and again the installers came to do the installation with costs finally after seven months of NO SERVICE yet still paying for the service I was finally reconnected. At no stage did anybody from Multichoice recommend that I cancel my debit order. I was persistently bombarded with a sales pitch for DSTV. I have lost 7 months of viewing pleasure and extra expenses due to bad service from Multichoice.
