I am totally disgusted by the service that has been rendered by Multichoice SA. Without any communication being sent to me for two years advising me of the change in premiums, they cancel my subscription without notifying me as to why. I contacted the call centre to log my complaint and all the call centre agents could do was tell me that "they cannot do anyting until i paid the oustanding amount of R10.00. Really R10??? that is something that i cannot understand. I fully understand that it is the principle of paying for service, but come guys really for R10.00 you cannot go and cancel a subscription.
If you really value your clients, you would have atleast contacted them to find out why an amount of R50 was not paid??? Surely common sense would say that if i paid majority of the amount, why was the balance then not paid?
When I contacted your call centre i was told that i am duae to pay R50 over an above the R10 for connection fee??? why should i pay the R50 to you if you are incompetent that you cannot communicate effectively with your clients...
Furthermore, had stopped he usage of CNBC africa. I called you three times now to resolve this and was promised it will be done
