I am really disgusted by the service I received this morning I paid 400 yesterday as I have two decoders one for compact (275) and dstv lite (99 20 insurance) to my shock and dismay i woke up this morning to a disconnected service when I called multichoice I was told that the reason why I was disconnected is because my account was due on the 1st of everymonth and I had only made the payment on the 4th this to me doesnt make sense why wait for me to make a payment first and then only cut off my service? so now on top of the 120 that i apparently short paid im having to pay the reconnection fee as well why wasnt my service cut off sooner only after I made a payment then it becomes an issue? to top it off I had to deal with the rude staff and another thing your staff give me one balance but when i logg onto self service i get a totally different amount wat is goin on there???
