People like this should not represent a Restaurant

Just want to say that me and some friends visited Billy G restaurant in Montecasino recently. The Manageress, walking around with her hands around her back, doing nothing, but being unfriendly and unhelpfull! This kind of person should not be the face of a restaurant.
