WHAT A DISGRACE!!!

Recreation & Entertainment

On 13 Jan 13 i contacted multichoice to do a change of ownership. My decoder was irrepairably broken, and i had bought my brother's old decoder from him. the person i spoke to did the change of ownership but the line was cut.i called back immediately and got thru to someone else, reason i called back was to confirm whether the change of ownership was completed and if there was anything else that i needed to do. i was told that everything was completed. on 6 February my service was suspended and i was told to pay R589. i have the compact service and pay R260 every month. when i called to query the amount i was told that the service on my old IRREPAIRABLY BROKEN decoder was still running as well as the service on the decoder i got from my brother (which is the 1 that SHOULD be active) after explaining to the lady whats happening, i was told that they will need to listen to the call for 13 jan, and this will take 7 working days to resolve. i paid R270 and my service was unsuspended. yesterday i received another sms stating that my service has once again been suspended and that i need to pay R638!!! i have the compact package!! this is unacceptable and i am extremely upset.
