In December 2012 I did not make provision for my debit to go off for my dstv subscription for the mere reason I had no signal or channels. When I called to report this I got the same response from all consultants "MAM, YOUR ACCOUNT IS ACTIVE ON OUR SYSTEM" for every call I made to multichoice the same response, not one consultant was paying attention to what I WAS SAYING just what their computer system showed. Today being March now, my account is over R1000.00 or so for no signal, no viewing pleasure, and I just have to pay because the computer states "ACTIVE". Only today a technician will go out and inspect my connection but Multichoise still expects me to pay for the 3 months, irrespective of me calling and reporting this several times. and only on one occassion did a consultant advise me to have my decorder tested just to find there is a technical fault. Then they have the cheek to tell me I only called in January to update account details. PLEASE RETRIEVE ALL MY CALLS FOR JAN, FEB and MARCH AND YOU WILL HEAR EXACTLY WHAT I SAID ON ALL INSTANCES. I HAVE NO SIGNAL MY DSTV HAS NOT BEING PLAYING SINCE DECEMBER BUT I MUST PAY A SUBSCRIPTION FEE. REALLY!!!
