POOR SIGNAL

Good day,

I have been paying DSTV subscription but I don't get to watch all the channels I'm paying for. I have been to DSTV (workshop) several times asking them to send a technician so that they can check what is wrong with my signal, till today no one has ever got back to me yet I am paying for services that I don't receive.

If I don't get any assistance after this complain, please cancel my subscription, I think TOP TV can give me all the service I'm looking for.
