I have two decoders activated on my account. When I phoned initially, I was told that my premium would not change significantly. However, my debit order ran for more than 5 times the amount! I phoned on Monday and despite hanging on for over an hour nothing was resolved. Today, Khanyisele informed me that it was due to my airtime running out and that the mistake is mine for not activating Extra View as it is not the consultant's job to inform me of this service. Great, so how would I ask for something I don't know about if no one is supposed to tell me? This is, plain and simple. As a long subscriber of Multichoice I am disgusted with this service and blatant disregard for the impact their incorrect billing has.
