Why should I pay for Multichoice's mistakes?

I did a NAME change (Initial S to G - not a surname change) in March, I (G) have been paying for service since 1998 on debit order from the same bank account. Multichoice decided to STOP debit order. I have sent cancelled cheque, letter from bank, and rung at least 7 times. They keep on cutting my service off and I have now paid a re connection fee? Why? they cannot get their billing service in order!!! Today a consultant suggested I pay monthly by direct deposit because the people who work in the billing section "DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING". I am highly annoyed with BAD SERVICE from Multichoice. and I feel sorry for the call centre operators..they try to help but if the accounts department make mistakes, these call centre operators are in the firing line from customers. GET YOUR BILLING SECTION SORTED OUT PLEASE.
