Called last month to change my package. everthing was done and payment was made according to POPPI.
they did not change it and billed me for all the other bouquets that was previously added. they disconnected my services because i needed to follow it up today. now they are REFUSING TO RECONNECT IT UNTIL I PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF R 1300... were as I WAS ONLY SUPPOSED TO PAY R 660. ITS THEIR FAULT BUT UNTIL THEY INVESTIGATE IT WHICH CAN THAT 1 YEAR... THEY DONT WANT TO RECONNECT MY SERVICES. THATS MULTICHOICE FOR YOU
